Introduction
Welcome to Conduit ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform and services you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use our services. These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and are designed to comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPAA). As we expand our services, including to users in the United States, we will update these Terms accordingly.
Eligibility
Our platform is currently available only to users located in Canada. By using our platform, you confirm that you are accessing our services from within Canada. We plan to expand our services to the United States in the future and will update these Terms as necessary.
Use of the Platform
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Permitted Use: You agree to use the platform solely for managing your therapy practice. This includes managing practice information, therapist profile, client management, appointment management, bookings, session and insurance notes, utilizing AI agents for administrative and therapeutic assistance, and accessing additional features such as a client portal.
Prohibited Activities:
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of our platform.
Using the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.
Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the platform.
Features and Integrations
Our platform provides a range of features designed to help you manage your solo therapy practice efficiently:
Practice Management: Manage your practice details, including name, address, phone number, and services offered.
Appointment management: Therapists can manage (create, update, delete) their appointments in the dashboard.
Booking: Clients can book appointments through external URLs provided by therapists.
Client Management: Securely store and manage client information (names, email addresses, phone numbers, and appointment histories) with access to a dedicated client portal.
AI Agents: Leverage AI-powered agents for administrative assistance (e.g., answering client queries, managing bookings) and therapeutic support (e.g., generating session summaries, treatment plans, and insurance notes).
Telehealth Integration: Synchronize appointments with Google Calendar and conduct telehealth sessions using Google Meet. By using these integrations, you agree to Google’s terms of service and privacy policy.
Trademark Notice: Google Calendar and Google Meet are trademarks of Google LLC.
Payments and Invoicing: Set up payment policies, accept online payments, securely store client card information, automate billing, and send invoices.
Additional Features: Benefit from tools for insurance management, assessments and forms, e-signatures, policies management, and more features as we continue to evolve our service offerings.
Payment and Subscription Plans
Our platform offers multiple subscription options, including:
Free Plan: Provides all essential features for practice management, including integration with Google Workspace, and limited access to AI agents.
Beta Plan (Limited Time Offer): Gives access to everything in the Free Plan plus unlimited AI agents. Pre-orders for the Beta Plan are available at a locked-in pricing rate. Recurrent payments will resume 30 days after the official launch of the Beta Plan. This plan includes a 30-day money-back guarantee, and pricing is locked for the duration of the offer (all prices are subject to applicable taxes).
Business Plan: It is the same as the Beta Plan but with no discount. It will be offered after Beta phase is over and will replace the Beta Plan. This plan is available on a subscription basis (e.g., $50 per month) and may include additional terms regarding availability.
By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes as described at the time of purchase. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers, and you agree to their terms and conditions.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the platform are owned by Conduit or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.
Data Security and Privacy
Data Storage: We store all user and client data securely in compliance with PIPEDA and PHIPAA.
Analytics and Tracking Tools: Our platform uses tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar to analyze usage patterns and improve our services.
Hosting and CDN Providers: Our platform is hosted on Heroku and uses Cloudflare for content delivery.
Third-Party Services: Use of third-party integrations, including Google services, is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Limitation of Liability
Conduit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform for violations of these Terms or any applicable law. Termination may result in the loss of access to your account and any stored data.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
